Shipping, Exchanges, & Returns
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary by location and shipping address put in at time of sale when prompted. The fees incurred are that by the USPS or UPS and not created by Humbled Momma, LLC.
Timeline
We process most orders within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has been processed, we will email you a USPS tracking number. At that point, your order should arrive within 3 to 5 more business days.
Exchanges
It’s perfect - just the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date, and we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. In the meantime, place an all new order for the correct size! When we receive your unworn/unwashed exchange, we will issue you a refund and even waive the restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns
Can’t find anything quite right? Contact us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date, and we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. When we receive your unworn/unwashed/unused exchange, we will issue you a refund minus a $5 restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note:
- All exchanges and returns must arrive in the original, unworn/unwashed condition. We reserve the right to deny exchanges and returns that have been used, worn, washed, smell of smoke or perfume, have pet hair, etc.
- All exchanges and returns must be scanned within 7 days of label creation.
Extended Holiday Policy
Orders placed between November 15th and December 10th are eligible for our extended holiday exchange policy. To accommodate gifting, the final date to request an exchange for orders placed during this time period is January 10th, 2025.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us along with a picture of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with your inquiry.
Shipping Error
We process all orders by hand so mistakes do happen on occasion. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us along with a picture of the incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. At that point, to get the corrected item out to you as soon as possible, you can place an all new order for the correct item. When we receive the incorrect item, we will issue you a full refund.
Cancellations / Modifications
If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to intercept the order before it is shipped, however, we do not guarantee we will be able to do so.
Platform Exceptions
The policies outlined above pertain to orders placed directly on the website HumbledMomma.com only. Orders placed on Meta, Faire, and other platforms are not eligible for free return shipping. However, they do qualify for fully refundable shipping charges. They may also be subject to different shipping timelines. Please visit the platform you purchased from for more details.
